McDonald's in Diez

Washroom locked, so no hand washing possible.

As always it tasted great. Only on the fries could there be more majo. Prices are still too expensive for me.

Visited as part of the tough lockdown and the well-known voucher campaign: cleanliness, ordering and service are not objectionable. Drink ok; Fries ok; Royal TS, however, is a far cry from the marketing department's food-designed advertising posters. The deal is ok as part of the voucher campaign; in times of regular prices overpriced for what you get.

Better to go to Limburg or Idstein. You always have to see if everything is there. Which is mostly not the case. Well, just like the boss works, the employees work.

When I was asked to go to the toilet because it was locked, I was told that this was not possible. I said that I was pregnant (which you can see) and that I was pressing the baby on the bladder, but I was refused entry. Inhumane. When you are not allowed to relieve yourself.

McDonalds as we know it. A clean one and good organized.

Well mcs stop. Everything tastes the same. Salad has the same consistency as ketchup ... Everyone knows mcs 😅

When things have to be done quickly and you don't feel like cooking at home or when you're hungry for a little stretch!

Clean McDonald's branch. The staff are very nice and the food is ready relatively quickly.

Ordinary fast food restaurant. Sufficient parking spaces, indoor and outdoor seats closed due to covid19. Little rush despite lunchtime, except for the drive in.

The burgers were good as always, Corona measures are adhered to and, as is almost a tradition, something is forgotten about the order.

When we asked for the receipt on Saturday afternoon, we were not given it and we were told that we can look for it in the trash at McDonalds. Absolutely bold. Never again!

An employee overcharged us and refused to give us the receipt. A call came out that she had not entered part of the order into the system and thus kept the money that we had paid too much.

Back then the restaurant was much better. Meanwhile you get some kind of paper straws that are badly processed, wooden spoons that break and much more. For the prices you can eat in a much better restaurant and get more than 3 times as much quality for it.

Unfortunately, I can only advise against this branch. When I and a colleague wanted to get something to eat from Mc Donald's in Diez today at 00:30, we were not given any such offer at the Mc Drive counter without a coupon in "paper form". Which has never been a problem before. Chosen another burger, drove home, and when I unpacked I noticed that the burgers were cold. My double chicken burger was already really firm from the bun, I don't want to know how long it was in the counter. This is not the first negative experience either. From cyclists who queue up at the Mc Drive counter, wait a few minutes to be told at the counter: "You cannot order here, you are not served here, you have to enter the shop if you already have" to REFUSAL OF OPERATION you only have a 100 EUR note with you and the Mc Donalds employee can't manage to check it for authenticity and thus send the customer away again without food.

It is always an experience to go to the McDonald's. Unfriendly staff, become cheeky and subtly insulting. Food was cold. I don't understand why this dirt shop is still open at all ..

Impeccable service. The staff is very friendly, and the nice boys and girls work really quickly and reliably. One has seen far worse branches. The visit went to our complete satisfaction. Thank you

Mostly very friendly staff. In the shop itself it was clean and tidy. There is enough parking space and a drive in.

I couldn't be told where the meat came from. Nowadays it is simply important to me to learn how the cattle that I eat grew up, were fed and slaughtered / cut up and transported. I therefore decided on a chicken burger due to the lack of information policy. This is definitely recommended, but the sauce is only loaded on one side.

The order was wrong two times and the second time worker accused me of ordering wrong despite showing him my order bill.
